Kepler Aerospace Responds to Misleading Internet Post Regarding Alleged Lawsuit
The Company and its management believe the internet post should be regarded as misinformation and noise.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Kepler Aerospace (“Kepler” or the “Company”) today issued a statement addressing an internet post published on May 23, 2026, regarding an alleged lawsuit and judgment purportedly involving Kepler Aerospace.
The Company and its management believe the internet post should be regarded as misinformation and noise. The plaintiff involved in the matter is known to both Kepler Aerospace and the relevant authorities. Neither the Company nor its management had any prior knowledge of the lawsuit until the internet post was brought to their attention.
Following legal review, it appears that the lawsuit and related judgment were filed against an entity that is neither known to nor affiliated with Kepler Aerospace. The Company further believes that an unrelated party may have established a company bearing a name substantially similar to Kepler Aerospace’s legal name, although the purpose for doing so remains unclear.
“At this time, Kepler Aerospace does not anticipate any material impact or fallout arising from this matter,” said Company management. “We intend to pursue all appropriate legal remedies against the plaintiff and the attorneys involved and may seek claims for fraud, misrepresentation, malpractice, and damages.”
The Company will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as appropriate.
